Controversy	Marital Dispute With Dalljiet Kaur In 2024, Dalljiet Kaur accused Nikhil of having an extramarital affair while they were married. In response, in August 2024, Nikhil wrote an Instagram post alleging that he and Dalljiet had gotten married even though he had told her and her family that he was not legally divorced from his previous wife. He also disclosed that Dalljiet left their home in Kenya with their son Jaydon and returned to India because she couldn't adjust to the lifestyle in Kenya, where she didn't receive the same attention she was used to in India. He also accused her of verbally abusing him by calling him late at night. Dalljiet, in response, refuted the allegation and said that if the claims were true, he would have given a statement to the police and not write about it on Instagram. She said, "You had three days in India after knowing about the FIR. Which you have just admitted you knew about. If the rubbish you have printed out right now was true, you would have gone to the police station and told your side to them instead of sending it out to your PR. • After completing a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) in Business Information Systems and Laws at Middlesex University London, Nikhil moved to Frankfurt, Germany, where he joined a digital agency, ‘Razorfish,’ as a mobile technology consultant and worked for almost a year. • In 2009, he joined ‘Gensource RX LLC,’ a pharmaceutical company, in the New York metropolitan area as the Director of Business Development. Nikhil added that he decided to become fit for a shoot, which was supposed to be done in August 2019; the shoot was postponed till October 2019. • On 3 January 2023, Nikhil got engaged to Dalljiet Kaur, an Indian television actor, in Nepal. In an interview, Dalljiet talked about her relationship with Nikhil and revealed that they both met at a friend’s party in Dubai. She added that they both talked about their children from their first marriages and eventually fell in love with each other. Dalljiet said,
  

  I met Nick at a friend’s party in Dubai last year. I only spoke about my son, and he was talking about his two daughters, 13-year-old Aariyana and eight-year-old Aanika. He wore blue nail polish on his toes, and when I asked him about it, he replied, ‘I am a proud dad of two girls.’ Romance wasn’t in the air back then; it was just two single parents chatting. Love happened with time. It was our love for our children that connected us. While Anika lives with her mother in the US, Aariyana will live with us.”
