In 2000, Paritosh joined two theatres, one in Deoria and the other is Eastern UP Rangasharan Theatre, Gorakhpur.
He made his first on-screen appearance in the TV serial ‘Salaam UP’ that was aired on ETV channel.
While he was in college, he founded his theatre group, Vayan Theatre Group.
Paritosh received his first award from the then President of India, “Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam” for the highest award-winning play in the University of Delhi for his play, Bade Bhai Sahab, which was written by Munshi Premchand and directed by himself.
He went to Mumbai in 2009 where he lived at the house of Manoj Tiwari.
In 2010, he won the comedy reality show ‘Hasi Ka Tadka’ that was aired on Mahua TV.

He wrote and acted in several ad-films for Aaj Tak news channel like ‘Sparkle Dishwash’, etc.
Paritosh also wrote numerous books like ‘Rasoi Ki Rani’, ‘Chutki Shopkeeper’, ‘Khul Ja Sim Sim’, ‘Lo Kar Lo Baat’, ‘Big Top 20’, ‘The Great Indian Filmi Drama’, ‘Majak Majak Me’, etc.
