- Pratham made his List A debut in the 2016–17 Vijay Hazare Trophy for Railways on 26 February 2017.
- On 9 November 2017, Pratham made his first-class debut for Railways in the Ranji Trophy against Maharashtra; He scored 73 runs off 154 balls in the match.
- Besides cricket, he also likes to play other sports such as tennis, football, and volleyball.
- Pratham was picked by the IPL franchise Gujarat Lions in 2017, although he didn’t get any game time.
- In 2018-19, Pratham scored 438 runs in 10 innings at a strike rate of 136 in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy T20 Tournament; he was the third-highest run-scorer in the tournament.
- Pratham runs three cricket academies. In an interview, he once stated that he opened his first cricket academy for his personal use in a nearby school in Delhi.
