• Salim Karim is a Pakistani entrepreneur. He is the CEO and co-founder of Simpaisa, Karachi. He gained limelight in 2023 when he married famous Pakistani actress Mahira Khan.

• In 2005, he started working as an assistant brand manager in a US-based company, GSK. He worked there till 2008.

• In 2015, he joined the Italian company ENI as a team leader.

• In 2016, he started the company Simpaisa. Simpaisa allows users to directly make financial transactions through their SIM cards. The company works with merchants from different sectors in over 15 countries.

• Salim and Mahira have known each other since 2017 after they met at an event hosted by Tapmad TV, a television application. They were spotted together on various other occasions after that.
