  • Samar formed a pop band with his younger brother Sanam and two other friends in the year 2010. The 4-membered-band named ‘SQS Supastars’ then auditioned for Times Music Pop Band Hunt, which they eventually won.
  • The band, soon after winning the competition, moved to Mumbai and was re-branded as ‘SQS Project.’
