• Sanjay Singh is an Indian film producer. Following Bhojpuri actress and model Akanksha Dubey‘s alleged suicide in March 2023, Sanjay Singh and his brother Samar Singh were accused by Akanksha’s mother, Madhu Dubey, of inciting Akanksha to commit suicide.

• He grew up in a family of teachers in Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh.

• He is the director of Samar Film Entertainment Pvt. Ltd, and he opened its head office in Lucknow in 2021.

• According to Akanksha Dubey’s mother, Madhu Dubey, Samar Singh and Sanjay Singh made Akanksha work for them for three years without paying her. In an interview, Akanksha’s mother revealed that Sanjay Singh once threatened Akanksha to kill her which Akanksha had later told her.
