- After graduation, Siddique worked as an Electrical Engineer at the Kerala State Electricity Board in Thrissur, Kerala.
- After working there for a few years, he moved to Riyadh in Saudi Arabia, where he worked for a few more years.
- Siddique began his acting career in the late 1980s with small roles.
- His big break came in 1990 when he was cast in the Malayalam film In Harihar Nagar alongside actors Mukesh, Jagadeesh, and Asokan.
