• Mhade sings primarily in the Marathi language.

• In 2008, she won the Marathi version of Sa Re, Ga, Ma, Pa. The next year, Mhade won Zee TV’s Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge.

• When she won Zee TV’s Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge 2009, she got Rs 50-lakh music contract with Zee TV, a Hyundai i10 car, and an LCD TV.

• She also showed up in Himesh Reshammiya’s “Jai Mata Di Let’s Rock Gharana” and won it.

• Mhade also sang a title track for the Marathi daily soup, ‘Kulvadhu’, a popular show aired on Zee Marathi.
