Controversy | Manhandling two IT professionals in Hyderabad In 2013, Ram Charan received a lot of criticism after he asked his bodyguards to assault two software professionals during a verbal spat with them. Ram was reportedly on his way to a lunch party with his wife when he entered into a quarrel with two IT professionals. According to Ram, he had to ask his bodyguards to intervene after the duo started getting aggressive and rude. After the entire ordeal, Ram was criticized for the high-handed way in which he dealt with the situation. - Ram Charan is an Indian philanthropist, actor, businessman, and film producer, who has predominately worked in Tollywood. Ram is the son of the famous Tollywood actor Chiranjivi. In May 2023, Ram revealed that he would be producing his maiden pan-India film The India House, which is based on the life of a freedom fighter named Veer Savarkar.
- Ram was passionate about acting since his childhood. While studying at school, he competed in numerous dance and drama shows.
- Ram Charan’s acting in his first Telugu movie Chirutha (2007) was liked by many film critics; he won a Filmfare and a Nandi Award for it.
- His film Magadheera (2009) was a huge hit and ran for 757 days at cinema theatres. For essaying the characters of Harsha and Kala Bhairava in the film, Ram did not only receive appreciation from the film critics, but he also won Filmfare and Nandi Awards.
