• Leeza attended boarding school because her parents were getting a divorce, and she couldn’t decide with whom she wanted to live.

• Leeza went to study at Columbia University on a scholarship.

• While Studying in New York, Leeza also attended acting classes at Lee Strasberg.

• Leeza was a resident advisor in college, which meant she was responsible for student life on a designated floor in a residence hall. Her responsibilities included conducting consent training workshops and educating her peers about safer sex practices. She even distributed bags of free condoms to students by hanging them on their doors, ensuring that they had safe and easy access to protection.

• After graduating, Leeza moved to Mumbai to work in films, TV, and digital media. After spending almost a decade in Mumbai and with her work becoming more focused on digital media and social media, she moved back to Goa in 2022.

• Lezza has worked as a newscaster and reporter for a brief period. She has also worked as a field reporter for Indian Super League.
