• Once, Sadhvi Prem Baisa made headlines when she filed a police complaint over a land dispute with her family in the village. Reportedly, police arrested an accused in that case.

• On 28 January 2026, her father, Veeram Nath, brought Prem Baisa to a private hospital in Boranada, where the doctors declared her dead as there was no movement in her body.

• Her father claimed in the media that Sadhvi Prem Baisa was suffering from a fever and a cold for a few days. Then, they called a compounder at the ashram and gave her an injection.

• After that, her condition worsened fast, she became unconscious, and collapsed. He said,

  She had been suffering from a cold and cough for a long time. That’s why we called a compounder to the ashram. But five minutes after the injection, she became unconscious.”

• During the police investigations, the compounder was detained, and his medical equipment was seized.

• After Sadhvi Prem Baisa was declared dead, doctors suggested a post-mortem, but her family hesitated at first.

• The hospital supervisor, Dr Praveen Jain, asked the family to take the body to MDM Hospital, but the family took it to the Boranada Ashram.

• Reportedly, Sadhvi Prem Baisa died around 5.30 pm on 28 January 2026, but a post from her Instagram appeared around 9.30 pm that raised doubt. After that, the police started investigating.
