• Arjan Singh Aujla is an Indian actor. He is known for playing the role of on-screen son of Kajol on Karan Johar‘s 2010 Bollywood Drama film My Name is Khan.

• Arjan attended Jamnabai Narsee International School, in Mumbai and completed his schooling in 2012. Later, he pursued a bachelor’s degree in Management Studies.

• As a kid, Arjan Aujla appeared in advertisements for brands like Nestle and Amul.

• In 2010, Arjan went to audition for the role of Younger Shah Rukh Khan in the Bollywood film “My Name is Khan,” where he was selected from over 1000 children to play the role of Sameer Rathore, Kajol’s on-screen son, in the film. In 2020, after a decade of the film, Arjan Aujla was approached for an interview and when asked about the experience of working in a film with successful actors as a child, he revealed that everyone including the assistant directors made sure he was taken care of and said,
  

  Can’t believe that a decade has gone by… it feels unreal. The film was a life-changing experience for me.Sidharth would help me with my dialogues; we’d do the dry run of the entire scene. He would speak SRK’s or Kajol’s lines and I’d say mine. I recently did an ad with Varun. When I introduced myself, he couldn’t believe I’ve grown up so much.We were shooting in Goregaon and Shah Rukh walked up to me and asked my name. He was like, ‘Don’t be nervous, we’ll do it. Do you want me to get you some fruits and water? You want to practice once’. Kajol would also ask about my school, studies… Karan sir would make sure I was taken care of and praised every time I gave a nice shot.”  ^[2]Hindustan Times
