Controversy	Case Filed for Morphing Photos In August 2023, Nisha landed into trouble after a girl filed an FIR against her for sharing girl's private photos and videos on social media. As per the FIR, Nisha, along with her colleagues Anurag Singh and Reena Dwivedi, downloaded her (girl's phots) from her social media accounts and then morphed them to defame her. However, one day, when he got the news that his mother was hospitalised, he returned to his hometown. He then called Nisha and asked her to come to his hometown and also asked for financial help. She agreed to it and lend him around Rs 15 lakh-Rs 20 lakh. Nisha lived at Rajan’s house for a few months, and even his family accepted her as their daughter-in-law. They even promised that after the COVID-19 lockdown was lifted, they would announce their marriage. His family allowed Nisha and Rajan to share a room as husband-wife. By May 2020, Nisha got pregnant with Rajan’s child. When Rajan came to know about this, he got very upset and insisted her to terminate the pregnancy. Even his parents declined to acknowledge her pregnancy.

• Consequently, Rajan shifted her from his home to his friend’s apartment, where she was tortured by Rajan and his sisters to abort the child. After a few days, Nisha returned to Mumbai. During her time there, Rajan stopped responding to her calls and messages. His family, too, started to neglect her. In an interview, she disclosed that while she was out of India for an international performance, Rajan got married to another woman. After returning to India, she lodged a complaint against Rajan at the Indira Nagar, Lucknow police station.

• In January 2021, her daughter named Divyanshi was born. However, Rajan denied being her father. As a result, Nisha requested a DNA test for her daughter. Eventually, the DNA test confirmed Rajan’s paternity.
