- Palak Muchhal is an Indian playback singer who works in Bollywood films and other Indian film industries as a lyricist. She is best known for lending her voice to popular songs in Bollywood films including Ek Tha Tiger (2012), Aashiqui 2 (2013), Kick (2014), Action Jackson (2014), Prem Ratan Dhan Payo (2015), M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story (2016), Kaabil (2017), Baaghi 2 (2018), and Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas (2019). Her popular song Kaun Tujhe” from the film”M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story” rose her to prominence in the Bollywood industry.
- Palak Muchhal belongs to Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Palash Muchhal, her younger brother, is also a playback singer. He is known for organising several stage shows across India and abroad to collect funds to assist poor and needy children financially. These shows help with their medical treatment, especially heart diseases. - When Palak Muchhal was nine years old, she released her first album “Child For Children,” under Tips Music in 2001. She then released her next album titled Palken in 2003. Later, she went on to release many music albums including Aao Tumhe Chand Per Le Jaaye, Beti Hu Mahakal Ki, and Dil Ke Liye. Her next album was Jai Jai Dev Ganesh, which was released by T-Series in 2011.

- In 2013, Palak Muchhal worked with the Bollywood music composers Mithoon and Jeet Gannguli in the film Aashiqui 2 in which she sang two songs, which earned positive reviews from film critics. The song “Chahun Main Yaa Na” from the film Aashiqui 2 was her second hit after the film Ek Tha Tiger.

I don’t come from a musical background. I come from a Marwari family and nobody in my family sings. I started singing when I was two-and-a-half. During the sangeet function of my uncle’s wedding, I went to the stage and sang, ‘Chalri Sajni Ab Kya Soche’, which is an iconic song.”
