In an interview, she discussed how she initially got in touch with him on social media and described the incident where he allegedly came to her residence and attempted to rape her. She said, "When I was doing well in my career, I met Puneet Singh Rajput on social media. He struck up a conversation and was very sweet and polite to me initially.
