  • He belongs to a large family with nine siblings. Raj is the sixth child of his parents.
  • Although Raj’s father is a farmer, he always supported his children, prioritised their education, and ensured that all his children studied well and pursued professional careers.
  • Before politics, Raj Mishra had 15 years of experience in the defence, banking, and corporate consulting sectors as an engineer.
  • In 2011, Raj started his professional career as a Test Analyst in an IT firm, ONS Interactive Solutions Pvt. Ltd, Noida.
  • After gaining 3 years of experience in India, Raj moved to Qatar in 2013 and joined an advertising firm as a Senior Test Analyst.
  • In the same year, he founded a college named Shri Munna Lal Mishra Intermediate College in Mirzapur, where he provides world-class education to over 800 students in rural areas. In an interview, Raj mentioned that his organisation focused on building leadership quality in students.
