Controversy Derogatory remarks against the Brahmin community (2026)
In May 2026, an FIR was filed against Rajkumar Bhati after one of his videos went viral, in which he allegedly made derogatory remarks against the Brahmin community during an event in Delhi. The FIR was registered by Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Ajay Sharma at the Kavi Nagar police station. The case was registered under Section 196(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) for allegedly promoting hatred between groups.
