• While Jawanda was pursuing his post-graduation, the Punjabi singers Kanver Grewal, Kulwinder Billa, and Jovan Sandhu were his seniors at the Punjabi University.

• On 27 September 2025, Rajvir Jawanda met with a road accident near Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, after his motorcycle collided with stray cattle. He had severe head and spinal injuries that caused critical neurological damage and minimal brain activity.

• He was admitted to Fortis Hospital, Mohali, in extremely critical condition and had been on life support since the day of his admission.

• According to medical reports, Rajvir’s neurological condition stayed unstable despite continuous treatment. He eventually developed multiple organ failure, which proved fatal.

• On 8 October 2025, at 10:55 AM, the Fortis Hospital authorities officially declared his death. He had been fighting for his life for nearly 12 days following the accident.
