Controversy	Court Case Against Sucherita by India TV In 2019, a case was filed against Sucherita Kukreti at the Delhi High Court by Independent News Service Private Limited which owns India TV. INSPL filled the petitions on the ground that they had invested a great sum of money and resources in grooming as well as building her image as one of the prominent faces of the news channel in the last 14 years and claimed that she could not join any rival news channel before her contract expires.
