Tom was a member of a WhatsApp group named 'stat chat' along with Hepburn and Joe Clarke where they shared derogatory messages. Although the judge who was incharge of the case said that Tom did nothing wrong apart from creating the whatsapp group. The ECB took the matter seriously.
