• Aditya Srivastava is an Indian actor, who mainly works in the Hindi television and film industries. He is popular for playing the role of Senior Inspector Abhijeet in the police procedural TV show ‘C.I.D’ (1998-2018), which aired on Sony Entertainment Television.

• He had a deep passion for acting since he was a child. He started performing in theatre plays with Sangeet Samiti, Civil lines, Allahabad, during his college days.

• In 1989, he relocated to Delhi and got associated with a theatre group named Shri Ram Centre for Performing Arts.

• After making his television debut with the television series ‘Dera’ (1992), he appeared in the television series ‘Shesh Prashna’ in 1993.

• In 1994, he played the role of Madhumoy Sur in the episode ‘Kahen Kavi Kalidas’ of the TV show ‘Byomkesh Bakshi’ (1994), which was aired on DD National.

• In the same year, he appeared as Pramod in the horror television series ‘Raat Hone Ko Hai.’ The television series was broadcast on Sahara Manoranjan.

• In 2006, the actor landed his first lead role in the film ‘Dil Se Pooch… Kidhar Jaana Hai.’ He appeared as a police officer named Avinash in the film.
