In this case, a businessman named Shripad alias Paresh Sawardekar killed three people while driving Mercedes-Benz SUV on 6 August 2023 in Banastarim, Goa. According to the authorities, Amit was accused of destroying evidences, and he falsely accused another individual of being the driver involved in the case.
