- According to Dinesh Chandra Agarwal, he was inspired by his grandfather, who was a freedom fighter. He began his career at CMC, which is now part of Tata Group’s TCS.
- Dinesh Chandra has worked with companies like Hindustan Management and Technical Services Private Limited, HCL America, Inc., HCL Limited, HCL Hewlett-Packard Limited, Centre for Development of Telematics (C-Dot), and CMC Limited.
