Some Lesser Known Facts About Harsh Chhaya
- Harsh Chhaya grew up in Gujarat.
- While he was in class 6, he performed in one of the school plays in which he delivered a 40-second dialogue. Since then, he started developing an interest in acting.
- After completing his class 10, he joined a painting class.
- He then joined a theatre group and performed in various theatre plays. A few months later, he started working as an assistant producer with one of his friends from the theatre group.
- A year later, he applied at Jamia University, but, he was rejected. A year later, he reapplied to the college.
- In his 20s, his mother asked him to join a typing class. One of his relatives advised him to start a desktop business. At that time, he used to think that he would buy a Xerox machine and set up his business.
- To make his career in acting, he shifted from Delhi to Mumbai with around Rs 9000.
- He has been featured in various TV commercials.
- Harsh has acted in a few English TV movies such as In Which Annie Gives It Those Ones (1989) and Code Name: Geronimo (2012).
- He has acted in many Hindi TV serials including Tehkikaat (1994), Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii (2004), Ghar Ek Sapna (2007), Balikha Vadhu (2014), and 24 Season 2 (2016).
