  • Manjit Singh Gill is a Malaysian musician, lawyer, and sports administrator. He is one of the members of the popular Malaysian-Indian music duo ‘Goldkartz.’ In 2023, the duo released the song ‘Sab Gazab’ for which they collaborated with the popular Indian rapper Badshah. The song also featured the Bollywood actress Ileana D’Cruz.
  • He, and his younger brother, Sukhjit Singh Gill, formed a music duo ‘Goldkartz’ in 2005. They brought out a new form of Punjabi bhangra music by making a fusion of traditional Punjabi music with Malaysian cadences. Their songs are mainly based on themes of romance and having fun.
  • The sibling duo ‘Goldkartz’ earned the title ‘Malaysia’s Bhangra Ambassadors’ from their fans.
  • In 2008, the sibling duo made their singing debut with the album ‘Loaded’ which they released in Malaysia under the multinational recording label EMI. The album proved to be a hit for the singers with the sale of more than 5,000 CDs in the country.

  • In 2014, the duo ‘Goldkartz’ became the first Southeast Asian group to perform at the Russian-Asian Modern Culture Festival, held in Moscow.
