- Naina Singh Chautala is an Indian politician. She is a member of the JJP (Jannayak Janta Party), a state-level political party in Haryana. JJP was formed by Naina Singh Chautala’s elder son, Dushyant Singh Chautala, after breaking away from the Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) in December 2018.
- In the Chautala family’s 8 decades of history in Haryana politics, Naina Singh Chautala became the first woman of the Chautala family to enter active politics. Her decision to enter politics came after the Chautala family needed a representative from their family for the 2014 Haryana assembly elections since Ajay Chautala and Om Prakash Chautala were sentenced to jail in Junior Basic Trained (JBT) teachers scam.
- While pursuing her graduation, she took part in many extra co-curricular activities; she was an active NCC cadet, a member of the Shooting team of her university and represented the university in many Inter-University Shooting Competitions.
