As per the reports published by the Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR), he was the wealthiest among the MPs in India in 2023. He made headlines following his suspension from the Lok Sabha by the speaker for violating the code of conduct in December 2023.

(I have been walking with Rahul Gandhi in all of Madhya Pradesh.
