• She was born in Kangra and grew up in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh.

• She used to play volleyball during her school days.

• She is a trained classical dancer. She received the Best Dancer of the Year award from actor Shatrughan Sinha when she was studying in class 10.

• She has a passion for painting and has won the ‘Highly Commendable’ award at a youth festival while studying at the Government Degree College, Dharamshala. She also served as the Vice President of the college.
