• Shubhangi Atre has been attracted towards acting since her childhood. She took part in many drama competitions in her school days.

• Shubhangi Atre made a guest appearance in the fifth season of the Hindi reality TV show Bigg Boss.

• In 2016, she replaced actress Shilpa Shinde with the popular character of Angoori Bhabhi in the television serial Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai!

• She got the role of “Angoori Bhabhi” after auditioning among 80 actors.

• This is the second time she replaced actress Shilpa Shinde in a show, earlier she replaced her in the serial Chidiya Ghar on SAB TV.

• Along with the offer to appear in Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai!, Shubhangi had received offers to appear in two new shows. In an interview, she said that Piyush was initially against her decision to join the show as a replacement.

• According to her, she did not divorce Piyush after separating from him in 2022 as she did not want her daughter to get affected due to their divorce.

• She wishes to make her acting debut in the OTT with Ektaa Kapoor’s ALTT.
