- Srinivas started his career as a TV Anchor.
- After making his debut with the Telugu film ‘Ishtam’ (2001), he appeared alongside Ravi Teja in the film ‘Idiot’ (2002).
- In 2002, he made his television debut with the Telugu show ‘Amrutham,’ which aired on Gemini TV. In the show, he appeared in various episodes, playing different roles.
- In 2004, he appeared in the Telugu film ‘Venky.’ His performance as Suri Babu in the film ‘Venky’ (2004) received huge appreciation from the audience.
- His Tamil debut film ‘Naan Ee’ (2012) was also shot in the Telugu language under the title ‘Eega’ (2012).
