• Vaibhav Vishant spent his childhood in various cities in India as his father had a transferable job.

• While he was in college, he performed with various theatre groups in Pune.

• In 2010, he started working at a corporate company. However, within a year he started getting bored there and quit his job.

• From 2010 to 2011, he took a break and started reading books on arts and literature.

• In 2012, he played the role of young Khalid in the Hindi film ‘Shahid.’

• He then interned with a casting company in Mumbai without any salary. There, he worked as a casting agent for various Hindi films like ‘Hasee Toh Phasee’ (2014), ‘Highway’ (2014), ‘PK’ (2014), ‘Chhichhore’ (2019), ‘Bhola’ (2023).

• In 2014, after analysing his performance, the owner of the company made him a partner in the company with a 50:50 share.
