• Dan Bilzerian is good friends with B.J. Baldwin, who races off-road trucks. Bilzerian once made a bet with B.J. to race B.J.’s truck against Bilzerian’s helicopter from the city limits of Ensenada, Mexico, to the beach.

• After that, Castano sued him for her injuries. She reportedly claimed $1 million from him to settle the lawsuit. She mentioned the potential for higher damages if the case went to trial.

• In 2014, Dan Bilzerian faced another legal issue when an adult film actress Janice Griffith claimed that during a photoshoot for Hustler magazine, Bilzerian threw her off a house roof into a pool. However, she fell short and broke her foot. Griffith sued Bilzerian for $85,000 for her injuries, but he refused.

• On 9 December 2014, he was arrested at Los Angeles International Airport. The Los Angeles Police Department said Bilzerian was arrested because there was a warrant against him in Nevada. He was taken to the LAPD’s Pacific Division. The charges were about holding explosive materials to make bombs.
