ControversiesElvish Yadav's Snake Venom Case: In November 2023, YouTuber and Big Boss OTT season 2 winner Elvish Yadav was booked over a rave party in Noida that involved the use of snake venom. The complaint was filed by Saurabh Gupta, who works with Maneka Gandhi’s People for Animals organisation. During the investigation, Yadav claimed that the snakes had been arranged by Fazilpuria. However, Fazilpuria denied the accusations and claimed that the snakes had been arranged by his production team “only for a video shoot." After that, an FIR was registered against Yadav and Fazilpuria for their song 32-bore (2023). They were booked under IPC's sections 294 (obscene acts and songs) and 34 (common intention) and Section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act and Section 51 of the Wildlife Protection Act for illegally featuring snakes and using abusive language in their music video.
