Reportedly, Rohini was born through cesarean delivery, and soon after her birth, Lalu Yadav wanted to gift Dr. Kamla Achari; however, she declined to receive any gift and requested that she would be pleased if the girl’s surname was named after her surname to which Lalu Yadav immediately agreed and named Rohini’s surname after Dr. Kamal Achari.
