  I was not interested in modelling at all in the beginning, I hadn’t even thought about it. I worked for a designer in PFDC where Khawar Riaz approached me and convinced me I had the look and should start modelling. • In an interview, Noor expressed his view about the Pakistani fashion industry and said that it was predominantly dominated by females. He said,
  

  It’s an industry [that is] dominated by women. The female models get the cream of brands, and they keep busy all year round — in lawn prints in summers, bridals in winters etc. They have greater market, and therefore get paid far higher remunerations compared to their male counterparts.” ^[3]Gulf News
