ControversyIn 2015, a complaint of sexual harassment has allegedly has been lodged against, Vikas Bahl.
As per the report, one of the female employees of the Phantom (Production Company) complained to the Human Resources team about sexual misbehaviour by Vikas on a visit to Goa. Mumbai Mirror stated that the complaint has been taken very seriously, a committee set up to investigate it according to the Vishakha Guidelines, and that Vikas has been asked to step down from his role at Phantom. Also, it was found that this wasn't the first complaint against Vikas regarding his behaviour.
