Some Lesser Known Facts About Bhavya Bishnoi
- Bhavya Bishnoi is an Indian politician, who is a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party. In November 2022, he secured a seat in the Haryana Legislative Assembly and became the youngest legislator in the state.
- During his schooling, Bhavya maintained an excellent academic record, securing 97% in class 10 ICSE board exams and 43 out of 45 points in class 12 IB exams. He was also appointed the school president of the Shri Ram School, Gurugram. While pursuing his bachelor’s degree at the London School of Economics and Political Science, he captained the LSE cricket team. During his masters, he attained First Class Honours and also earned an ‘Oxford Blue’ in cricket while representing the Oxford University Cricket Club.
- He comes from a family with a longstanding political background. His father, Kuldeep Bishnoi, has served as an MLA for four terms and twice as an MP. His mother, Renuka Bishnoi, is a two-time MLA. His grandfather, Bhajan Lal Bishnoi (1930-2011), was a politician and three-time chief minister of Haryana.
