Accused of Plagiarism [3]PTC Punjabi
In July 2022, prior to the release of his film 'Janhit Mei Jaari,' writers Jitendra Gyanchandani and Gautam Prasad Shaw complained that Raaj had copied their storyline for his film. Gautam said that he had shared his film concept with Raaj in June 2020, and Raaj subsequently announced his movie in November 2022. The writers registered their complaint against Raaj with the Screen Writers Association and Versova Police Station. Raaj responded to these accusations, refuting them and labeling them as groundless. He maintained that he had registered his story well in advance, back in 2017.
