ControversyAdnan Sami's father, Arshad Sami, filed a case in 2012 on behalf of Adnan against Zeba Bakhtiar for breach of the agreement. Arshad argued that Zeba should be directed to allow Azaan Sami Khan, Zeba and Adnan's son, to meet his father without any obstacles. According to the reconciliation agreement signed three months prior to this, Azaan was expected to be able to see his father whenever he wanted to, but Zeba Bakhtiar didn't allow it. Additionally, he also asserted that post the agreement, Zeba and her father did not withdraw any case against the Sami family. While asking the court to allow his grandchild to be with his son, Adnan, Arshad told Zeba's family that the twelve lawsuits that were withdrawn against Zeba Bakhtiar and her family will be resurrected in order to seek justice.
