- Some child stars became popular during the golden age (1950s–70s) of Hindi cinema, and the Irani sisters, Daisy and Honey, were two of them.
- They often played the role of boys with curly hair in Hindi films and became well-known.
- Reportedly, the films featuring both sisters had the biggest openings. Many film directors used to change their film scripts to include them or give them more screen time, and they were often highlighted in film promotions.
